An awesome day 18 of #30daysofkarate – spent another 2 hours in the #dojo tonight BUT… before that I got to do a 30 minute #karate presentation to my daughter’s #daisies troop. They learned a couple blocks, strikes, and stances and we all had a great time. That’s my 3rd kyu daughter and my junior #blackbelt son helping me.
