That’s it. That’s a full #30daysofkarate Tonight was a great finish to the exercise- 15 minutes each of #kata , #kihon , #kobudo (#tonfa specifically), and then finishing with #meditation – I’m #grateful for three things: the support of people here on IG who I greatly #respect , the rekindling of the desire and habit to continue #training , and that counting every day for 30 days is over.
