One of the results of my #30daysofkarate was the start of a section in my #karate #journal on #meditation Specifically, writing a number of #martialarts focused meditations. I tried numerous places, seeking simple #mindfulness meditation but never really found what I was looking for. Certainly nothing geared towards martial arts.
