Great day! I’ve been on vacation since yesterday but I had several appointments and errands to run so today is “me time”. Grabbed my #karate #journal and went for coffee, then out to lunch at @yamadojapaneserestaurant for my favorite #ramen in #naperville and now to head home to finish off not one but TWO articles for #martialjournal (@scottbolon ) @erickastengren #happyplace #noodles #japanesefood #sapporo

Well THAT didn’t work out as planned. Day 31 was supposed to be a day of rest. But it is actually my regular day of class in the dojo.
