Day 29 – OMG is tomorrow really the end of the challenge? Not sure how I feel about this. Taking some time tonight for #journal #writing and #reflection while waiting for my son who is at chess club. Later tonight will be, as usual, #meditation (hopefully outside, #underthestars) with a helluva #workout tomorrow to bring this to end. Well, it’s 12:30 AM and I’m just starting Day 28 of #30daysofkarate Rather cool evening but the darkness and quiet solitude is perfect for #kata #underthestars After my kids went to bed (late) I went online looking for a new bag for my gear since my backpack self-destructed last night. I guess that hour of online shopping doesn’t count for the challenge, does it? 😂 Anyway, kata time, then bedtime, then keep looking for the “perfect” gear bag for #karate. Any suggestions?
