Day 9 of #30daysofkarate – tonight I added something to my #training that I’ve wanted for a while: #yoga. I need to help increase my #flexibility SO tonight I started a 7 day flex program. 30 minutes per day, leaving 30 (or more) for more traditional #karate practice.
