Just finished my #tetsutaba. I need to wait another three hours for the epoxy to fully cure and then I can start using it. So that will be on the agenda for Day 7 of #30daysofmartialarts later today. I’ll post video of me using it. In the meantime, I’m watching “Martial Arts for Everyone” the digital seminar from @budobrothers. My physical training today is going to be working on the EETGS targeting from the seminar. Not to late to join in the 30 Day Challenge! #30daysofkarate #training #hojoundo #gojushorei #karate
