Day 8 of #30daysofkarate spent some time working with the #bokken but focused primarily on #kata – specifically #pinan shodan. This is turning out to be far more of a mental #challenge than physical But I’m gaining some interesting #insight into my #karate and the moral #framework for how I’d employ it.
