Day 29 of #30daysofmartialarts Can tomorrow really be the final day? Coincidentally, day 30 is when I have my appointment with my orthopedic about my shoulder. A fitting end. Lol. #kobudo today as well as some #hojoundo and #meditation. “When your own heart asks” • Day 28 of #30daysofmartialarts and, at 1:40 AM, time for bed. I had to pull back on the training yesterday and today a bit with a sick spouse, my own shoulder injury, and letting some “outside influences” invade my concentration and focus. Didn’t get the full hour in on either day but still managed to get something done. Tomorrow I’ll be back with a vengeance. Fueling up for day 28 of #30daysofmartialarts , so I just made a bowl of #ramen for #lunch. At the last minute, instead of adding any soy sauce, I added #bourbon – adds the acidity, sweetness from the corn, and some smokiness.
