Day 21 of #30daysofmartialarts and our countdown to the end is in SINGLE DIGITS! Today was a quick 30 minutes of #kobudo with my #jo and reacquainting myself with my old nemesis, #Tetsusabukuro (iron shot bag). Later tonight I’ll relax with some #meditation and #kihon to finish up my hour.
